COOKIES & WEBSITE TECHNOLOGIES
Supporting Website Functionality & Performance
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential functions, remember preferences, and understand website performance.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls available on the website. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality.

EMAIL & TEXT COMMUNICATIONS
Service Messages & Optional Promotional Updates
We may contact you by email or telephone about inquiries, purchases, enrollment, training, assessments, credentials, and support requests.
Providing a telephone number for enrollment or support does not by itself constitute consent to promotional text messages. Where required, we obtain separate consent before sending marketing texts.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions provided or by contacting us. For promotional text messages, follow the opt-out instructions included in the message, such as replying STOP. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary communications about services you purchased or requested.
DATA RETENTION
Keeping Information for Relevant Business & Credential Purposes
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Retention depends on the type of information, the services provided, credential verification needs, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and the resolution of disputes. Credential records may be retained after training access or membership ends so MCA can verify previously issued credentials.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it, deidentify it, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup retention and applicable legal requirements.

Reasonable Safeguards for Personal Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Access to participant information is limited to authorized persons who need it for their responsibilities.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe your information has been misused in connection with MCA services.
