Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Medical Courier Association LLC (“MCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, membership, training, certification programs, and related services.
By enrolling, purchasing services, or otherwise accepting these terms, you agree to the provisions below. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept the applicable terms for that organization.
ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT
Provide Accurate Information When Registering
Our services are intended for individuals age 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate enrollment and contact information and to notify MCA of corrections needed for participant or credential records.
Enrollment is individual unless MCA expressly authorizes a group arrangement. Purchasing training for another person does not authorize completing assessments on that person’s behalf.
PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Review What Your Purchase Includes
MCA provides membership, online training, professional certification, professional development, and business development resources.
The program description and purchase terms presented at enrollment identify the services included in your purchase. Programs may differ in curriculum, prerequisites, assessments, credentials, and access periods.
Membership, training certificates, and professional certifications are distinct. Purchasing one does not include other programs or services unless expressly stated.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
Enrollment Requires Successful Payment
Prices and included services are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
You authorize payment of the amount shown at checkout. If MCA offers a payment plan, the payment schedule and applicable conditions will be provided before you agree to it.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an existing agreed purchase price.
TRAINING ACCESS & COMPLETION
Complete Your Program Within the Disclosed Access Period
Training is online and self-paced unless otherwise stated. Your enrollment materials identify the access period, completion requirements, and submission instructions.
You are responsible for maintaining a working email address, suitable internet access, and the ability to open the required materials. Contact MCA promptly if you do not receive your materials or encounter access problems.
Extensions, replacement access, or additional assessment attempts are subject to the program terms or separate written arrangements with MCA.
ASSESSMENTS & ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
Demonstrate Your Own Knowledge & Practical Understanding
Participants must complete required assessments and applied exercises honestly and in accordance with program instructions.
You may not impersonate another participant, submit another person’s work as your own, distribute assessment answers, or use unauthorized assistance.
Suspected violations may result in a review, a requirement to repeat affected work, withholding of a credential, or suspension of access. MCA will provide an opportunity to respond before a final decision where reasonably practicable.
CERTIFICATES & CERTIFICATIONS
Credentials Require Successful Completion
Payment or enrollment alone does not earn a certificate or certification. Participants must satisfy the applicable prerequisites, assessments, passing standards, and completion requirements.
Training certificates document completion of the identified training. Professional certifications document successful completion of MCA’s applicable certification requirements.
MCA credentials are private association credentials. They do not constitute a government license, authorize every type of regulated transportation, or replace employer-specific training and qualification requirements.
CREDENTIAL USE & VERIFICATION
Represent Your Qualifications Accurately
You may accurately identify credentials you have earned and use authorized credential designations in accordance with MCA’s instructions.
You may not alter a credential, misrepresent its scope, claim an unearned certification, or imply that MCA endorses your business or guarantees your services.
MCA may verify issued credentials as described in its Privacy Policy. Credentials obtained through fraud or material misrepresentation may be revoked following review and an opportunity to respond.
Membership expiration alone does not cancel a previously earned credential unless a separate credential maintenance requirement was disclosed.
MEMBERSHIP & RENEWAL
Membership Benefits Are Separate From Training Access
Membership provides the benefits described at enrollment. Renewal terms, fees, and any changes in benefits will be disclosed before renewal.
An annual renewal fee does not automatically include additional training or certification programs.
Recurring charges require your express authorization. Any automatic renewal arrangement must separately disclose the amount, frequency, and cancellation method before enrollment.
ASSOCIATIONS & PROFESSIONAL NETWORKS
Access Resources & Connections Across Industries
MCA participates in a multi-industry professional network that includes the National Courier Association (NCA), Business Courier Association (BCA), and participating network partners.
Access to specific resources, referrals, directories, or partner opportunities depends on availability and any disclosed eligibility requirements. Membership does not provide ownership of, employment with, or authority to represent MCA or another participating organization.
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
JOBS, ROUTES, CONTRACTS & BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
Opportunities Depend on Qualifications & Independent Decisions
MCA does not guarantee employment, job placement, route assignments, contracts, clients, revenue, or business success.
Referrals, leads, and introductions may be offered when available. Employers, clients, and contracting organizations make their own selection decisions and may require additional training, experience, insurance, background screening, equipment, or documentation.
You are responsible for evaluating opportunities and agreements before accepting work.
BUSINESS & COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Confirm Requirements for the Services You Provide
Training and business resources provide educational information. They are not individualized legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or financial advice.
You are responsible for confirming and maintaining the registrations, licenses, insurance, procedures, and qualifications applicable to your location and services.
Completion of MCA training does not by itself establish compliance with every applicable law, regulation, employer requirement, or client standard.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Purchase Disclosures Govern Refund Eligibility
Any program-specific cancellation or refund policy must be disclosed before payment and forms part of your purchase agreement.
If no separate policy was disclosed, contact MCA to request cancellation or a refund. Requests will be evaluated based on delivery of the purchased services, access or use of materials, and applicable law.
Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and failure to provide purchased services will be reviewed promptly. Nothing in these terms limits refund or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
TRAINING MATERIALS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Materials Are Licensed for Your Individual Use
MCA manuals, assessments, exercises, website content, logos, and related materials are owned by MCA or used with permission.
Enrollment grants a limited, nontransferable right to use the supplied materials for your own learning and authorized professional reference.
You may not resell, publish, distribute, share access to, or use the materials to operate a competing training program without written permission, except as permitted by law.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
Use MCA Services Responsibly
You agree not to use MCA services for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, distribution of confidential information, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
MCA may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a material violation or protect participants and systems. When practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
If MCA ends a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide an appropriate remedy for the undelivered portion, subject to applicable law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Separate Terms Apply to External Providers
Third-party websites, payment processors, employers, clients, and network partners operate under their own terms and policies.
A link, referral, or introduction does not guarantee a third party’s services, conduct, or business opportunity. MCA remains responsible for its own obligations and representations.
SERVICE CHANGES & AVAILABILITY
Programs May Be Updated Over Time
MCA may update curriculum and resources to improve its programs. Updates will not materially reduce services already purchased without an appropriate alternative or remedy.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Contact MCA if an interruption affects your ability to complete a program.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Responsibility Is Subject to Applicable Law
To the extent permitted by law, MCA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your independent employment, contracting, or business decisions, including lost profits or missed opportunities.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
QUESTIONS & DISPUTES
Contact MCA for Review & Resolution
Please contact MCA with questions, billing concerns, or disputes and include enough information for us to review the matter. This request does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or meeting filing deadlines.
These terms are governed by Texas law, except where applicable federal law or mandatory protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
PRIVACY
Personal Information Is Handled Under Our Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how MCA collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information. Please review it before submitting enrollment details or other personal information.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Updates Apply Prospectively
Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting an existing purchase require notice and, where required, your agreement.
Changes do not retroactively remove rights or benefits associated with a completed purchase.
